Leaf has been brainwashed, and keeps throwing green balls of energy towards Ariel, who's flying behind the ship. Besides, Ariel can't stay up there forever, so she has to refuel on the falling hearts. This game is kind of like the DSIWare games 'Cute Witch! runner' and 'Dress to Play: Cute Witches!', in that you have to fly, dodge things, collect hearts, until you run out of fuel!
