So, I saw all these other scratchers having "Mascots", or OCs. (Original Character). So when I got a curating message from @KawaiiCatGirl- and decided to accept, I realized that I needed a OC to join the MAP they are working on... So I thought about how 2016 had the summer Olympics and it had Usain Bolt. So I am doing this project 1. for the studio 2. To honor 2016, since it is almost over 3. I just need a OC. Also thanks to @Splo, since you have a cat reappearing in your animations, I though I could have a cat also. But it is disabled, which I don't think has been seen on scratch. Hector is very special.
