There's nothing wrong with scratch, it's just a catchy title. Here's how it works, favorites are votes and the president will be announced on New year's eve and Komajiro's running against me. Anyone can run. The president won't really be president of anything, they'll just be able to backpack and remix whatever they want. P.S., you can't run as you're username or real name, you can only run as your favorite character from a movie, TV show or video game.
