Ages from when events of To The Moon occur in-universe. Dr. Eva Rosalene Age: 28 Gender: F Personality: Kind, honest, serious, a rule-follower. Prefers professionalism in her job, but usually ends up looking silly because Neil goads her into yelling at him. Snarky and sarcastic when she's annoyed. Highly intelligent with a strong intuition, but lacks confidence in her assertions. Loves gardening and uses names of vegetables in the place of swear words in public. Is bad at baking. Has a streak of mischief in her, though not often brought out. Sensitive to others and tries to put them before herself. Backstory: Eva is a senior-ranked employee of an agency (the Sigmund Corp Agency of Life Generation) that provides the service of memory alteration to the dying. She leads the procedure and the traversal through the memories of patients. Her assistant is Dr. Neil Watts, who she has known since high school. She has a doctorate in psychology. Her older sister, Traci, lives nearby with her husband and son, but their parents live far away. Eva joined Sigmund Corp with Neil a few years ago when they applied together. She often has to save him from getting fired by the higher-ups. Eva is from a middle-class family, though she is now wealthy due to her position. She often banters and argues with her colleague, but is deeply affectionate to him. Dr. Neil Watts Age: 28 Gender: M Personality: Impulsive, secretive, a prankster, often rude. Would rather be watching Doctor Who marathons than be doing work. Tends to overlook small details. Likes to make pop culture references and random jokes at the most inappropriate moments. Is amiable, aside from the rudeness. Enjoys cooking in groups. Extremely snarky. Acts over-confident and insensitive, but it may be a cover. Addicted to coffee. Has acrophobia. Backstory: Neil is a technician specialist for the same agency Eva works at. He is supervised by Eva, and is knowledgeable of the machinery they use for the procedure. He has a doctorate in computer engineering. He might not have gotten his position in the company if Eva hadn't let him cheat off of her entry exam during the screening process. He's fallen out of contact with his parents, and is an only child. He was close to his grandfather before he died. Neil is from an upper-middle class family, though he is now rather wealthy due to his job. He often annoys and causes problems for his colleague, but he does care for her well-being.
Sarah Quinn Age: 5 Gender: F Personality: Energetic, inquisitive, loud, outgoing, mischievous. Pretty critical if you do something wrong. Likes to poke her nose where it don't belong. Usually with her twin brother, Tommy. Plays the piano. Loves ice cream. Can steal things if you're not looking. Fond of animals. Fierce and pretty hyper. Backstory: Sarah is the daughter of Lily. She's twins with Tommy. Her father died two years ago, but she doesn't really remember him. She lives in the house of the old man who hired her mother to take care of it. Sarah spends most of her time running around the house and playing with Tommy, besides going to school. Thomas (Tommy) Quinn Age: 5 Gender: M Personality: Cheerful, easy-going, a little shy, a show-off. Likes to cause trouble at home, but will just follow whatever Sarah wants in public. Thinks that he knows everything. Easily weirded out. Often role-plays outside with his sister. Usually with his twin sister, Sarah. Plays the piano. Doesn't like turtles. Backstory: Tommy is the son of Lily. He's twins with Sarah. His father died two years ago, but he can't really remember him. He lives in the house that his mother was hired to take care of. He plays piano with his sister and runs around in and outside the house most of the time. Lily Quinn Age: 31 Gender: F Personality: Quiet, reserved, gentle, thoughtful. Not very talkative, but social nonetheless. Hardworking and patient. Very loving and sweet. Doesn't appreciate when people don't take situations seriously. Earnest and wants to do what is right. Somewhat uneasy. Backstory: Lily's husband was killed two years ago in the last years of an overseas war. She panicked, as they had little money, but an old man offered her a job, taking care of a house that was seemed much to big for him to live in alone. She found peace in the house while grieving for her love. Lily spends most of her time working and taking care of the elderly man, John, and her two children. She isn't sure about what will happen after John passes away.
