For all Scratch users: Basic Scrolling engine: The criss-cross pattern behind the 1 symbolises the movable background (in a scroller game the background is just sprites the move) The 1 symbolises the character in the middle (the playable character) You can swap out and enhance the sprites with new art and updated scripts but as long as they have the same scripts in them now they will work! I have given you a basic space of 9 squares or 4320 by 3240 pixels (I think) Uses: wasd and ,^,\/ keys to move To anyone who uses this: if you publish a project which uses this engine please give credit to SandStone Games Co. for the srcolling engine! :-D If you find any glitches or faults please leave a comment and we will respond ASAP ;-D Also, if you are still without knowledge of scrolling games, leave a comment saying so and I will create a tutorial for you! ß)
