The skin of GC became more insulating and can withstand more heat. As a result the skin near the heat core is actually smoking and the body is hot to the touch. The GC is fine though but any GCL who touches it with bare skin and not horn could get a 1st degree burn at the smoking skin. Who knows? GC might even breath fire! (don't evolve it like that in the next evo please.) The heat core can be controlled so when spring rolls around GC won't overheat.
