This is Kuyokuyotchi, a character from the new Tamagotchi anime, Tamagotchi! Miracle Friends. He is an artist with low confidence because he never likes his paintings. I do not own any Tamagotchi characters. I am just a HUGE fan.
I saw that there was a NEW TAMAGOTCHI ANIME (YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D) on the Tamagotchi Wikia, so I looked at the new characters. Kuyokuyotchi here looked interesting and easy to draw.
