Hello! To do this you can use scratch or any other program. You can use both bitmap and vector. This isn't the BEST drawing of me but i guess it will do =3 HAVE FUN! =D Just so u guys know, if i don't comment on your project it is NOT because i don't like it! I'm just very busy that's all!
