[UNFINISHED] Another OS

@F_D: Another unfinished project. I think this one was going to be FlowOS 10 but I scrapped it because it was too different to the last version. ORIGINAL DESCRIPTION: Startup PIN: 1234. To change it: Settings > Account Security Credits are inside the project: Menu > About this system. FlowOS 10: The biggest update. Ever. New features and improvements since FlowOS A (9.0.2): • Revised UI: The new user interface is very easy to use. There are three categories - Settings, Apps and Menu. Settings is no longer a standalone app - all system preferences are in one place. • Universal task bar: The layout of the task bar shifts depending on what is displayed on the screen. In any app, the "Apps' button becomes the "Exit" button to return to the desktop. • Update informer: FlowOS 10 uses cloud technology to check if you've used the current version before. If you've used a previous version, but haven't experienced the current version, FlowOS will display a list of changes since the previous update. • Incredible performance: FlowOS starts up instantly and by using Background Task Processing, all critical actions that need to take place are staged to reduce lag and keep the OS running smoothly.
