There name is Modor it is Latin for mortal his abilities are time bomb after 10 seconds it explodes it has small radius, he has speed up ability were becomes quicker but does less damage for 5 seconds, finally he has slow down were he chooses one enemy and they become slower and the bullets fighers slower. His ultimate is called time warp he shoots a small orb that makes any close enemies float and lose all abilities and can't fire this last for 5 seconds.
