Contest for my 100 followers! anyway Sapphire Hills is one of my OCs (she is a teen popstar) and one of the rps I use her in are having a prom, she got a date, and needs a dress. design one (or two) outfits for Sapphire! keep the skin color and the dot of brown by the bases is her hair color btw Sapphire HAS to have a sapphire necklace (btw sapphires are dark blue)
