Press the stop sign, then the green flag, when you are at the boss. Press the space key to jump, don't touch lava, and don't touch the Wither/Skulls. Use the left and right arrow keys to move. Press S to shoot when you have the gun. Next boss: Doodlebob!

Updates: Cat Nicolas now cheers whenever he defeats a boss. WARNING: DO NOT play on a slow or old computer, it may freeze when Cat Nicolas is hit by a Wither Skull. Wither from Minecraft, but drawn by me.
