I wanted to celebrate people who work to change the world. I could only pick a few, so I chose a handful of activists in America from 1950 to present day. I tried to pick ones you might not learn about in school! For most of the people and organizations I chose, I highlighted only one of their many inspiring actions. :) I modeled the design of my project after the aesthetic of zines, which are self-published magazines that activists often use to spread information. They are usually created by making collages on paper and then photocopying them. But I used Illustrator instead! == Credits== Music: Squire Tuck- Dawning of a New Age, from Free Music Archive Images: Mostly from Wikipedia Other images from NEH.gov, NIH.gov, Mother Jones, madamenoire.com, and The Nation.
