You can find the original project here http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/2180637/ Apparently the "Whatcha Say" bit was originally from a song called Hide-and-Seek by Imogen Heap. Jason Derulo made his own version however.. This project was really inspiring, since Club Penguin was a huge part of my life in third, fourth, and fifth grade. So stumbling upon this, I just had to remix it. I really don't know who to give credit for for the sounds, so... yeah. I did this with the Offline Editor, so that's why it isn't part of the remix tree.
