Welcome back to the crappy oc family! I'm remaking all of my old ocs, so I decided to reintroduce this one with the meme I made with him. His new name is officially Harro, so treat him nice. His backstory changed to be less heckn' confusing so now he's just a plain ol' ghost and he has less weird details. (Not sure how I feel about his design, looks a bit boring to me.)
