This is a life simulator I've been messing around with for the past week or so. I feel like by now it's at the very least presentable as a demo. There IS natural selection- cells with nuclei tend to live longer and reproduce faster- however, the algorithms in the game are random so you'll never get the same game twice.
You can click on a cell to delete it. This is useful if there is overpopulation and it's lagging you really badly. Chrome doesn't exactly like running this game when there are a lot of cells on the screen. This would make a good screensaver :P CHANGELOG: v1.3: Fixed a few problems with lag, and some other things v1.2: Added a population counter and some new cell types v1.1: Added plants, hunger, and being eaten. v1.0: First release. Only one type of cell.
