haha I kind of went overboard :P Also, that misty thing there was just for decoration, its not part of the OC. ...it looks more like an aquatic cat then a sea monster, sorry :P by the way, its tail is meant to look like a fish or whale tail, and the things on the legs are meant to represent fins (it is based upon Monster High dolls, actually, with how the aquatic ones have those fins on their arms/legs) 'um can it be water related ? and just make the character kinda like an anthropomorphic sea monster thing ?? idk sorry for being so specific >x'D what do u want ?'
