(A brilliant rule, don'y you think?) 2) Codeword is Titanium. 3) Due date is 12/13/16 (My birthday!) 4) If the MAP is not done by 12/13/16, or not enough people have joined, the due date will be reset to 1/21/16 (My sister's birthday! It will be a birthday present ;-;) 5) Three parts per person. 6) Not first come, first serve. I will be choosing experienced artists, but that doesn't mean don't ask! You still have a chance of getting in, even if you don't think you're good enough. 7) This is a PMV MAP, so don't animate that much, and include lyrics!!! If you have two parts together, like say you had parts 20 and 21, you can use four sprites and put it all into one project. 9) The codewords at the top and bottom are fake. The real codeword is your favorite Pokemon XD If you don't play/watch Pokemon, then the codeword is "Moonblaze hosts waaaaaaayyy too many MAPs!" (Doesn't have to include the exact number of a's in waaaaaaayyy XD) 10) Don't be a lazy bum! Actually try to draw. 11) Use your OC's (and your friends' OC's with their permission)! No fandoms! If you include fandoms, or characters from fandoms, references to fandoms, or anything related to any fandom you will have to redo your part! 12) I'm going to say this again, NO FANDOMS! I'm sorry I'm saying this so much, but Undertale somehow magically ends up in everything and I HATE Undertale! Call me crazy, but it's extremely overrated and I want nothing to do with it. 13) You can use other programs! 14) No forever blocks, it will make the MAP laggy. 15) Make your part fairly easy on the eyes. Don't use that many flashing colors. 16) Give me two links to your art/PMV MAP parts! 17) Blood is 110% allowed, just don't go absolutely crazy. 18) Make your part have a dark theme. 19) No animating in backdrops! 20) You have a limit of 3 backdrops. 21) Codeword at the top is fake. Real codeword is John Cena XD 22) Have fun! I would have ended it at rule 21, but I like even numbers ;-;
