BETA IT IS IMPORTANT YOU READ THE NOTES. NOTES: The /help command currently has no commands. This is because I have not worked on Scratcher based commands, just Mod and Admin commands. Mods and Admins can clear the chat, ban people, kick people, lag people, and much more. I will probably add a send button, but for now clicking your space bar brings up the message prompt. Please remember to be respectful and appropriate on the chat. I added a filtering system and special mod/admin commands so that people stay clean. For now if you are banned, you stay banned forever. I will add an unban system but for now I don't really see a big reason to let someone that is rude back on, but maybe some deserve a second chance or was accidentally banned. If a mod/admin bans someone that shouldn't be banned, please tell me or that admin/mod will be demoted. These are just some simple rules to keep the chat safe and clean, the Scratch Team is hard on these rules as well. Please report bugs, I am still working on fixing bugs. CREDITS: - @jacquesimo
