This was the beginning of Mega Man 2 v1.1. However, due to the project's discontinuation and my now-permanent absence from Scratch, the project is OPEN TO ANYONE WHO WISHES TO COMPLETE IT. My Mega Man engine is also available for use, for anyone who doesn't want to continue Mega Man 2 and wants to make a brand new game. I don't care what happens as a result of these projects being released. I just want to open it to the people. Have at it.
