Enter the phrase you wish to encode/decode (not sure if punctuation works), then put in the code word/phrase (preferably no spaces, haven't tested with them), and choose whether you want to encode or decode your message. If you don't want to wait around, use turbo mode. I, however, like seeing how this stuff works, so I put the two lists on the right so you can kind of see what it's doing.
I felt like making this today. Not sure if it was easier or harder than I expected.
