so uh sorry this is bad and rushed i felt really unmotivated you didn't say what you wanted so i scrolled through random palettes and found this he/she is supposed to be based on a water lily or lilypad or something idk tbh character belongs to @Shekye now if they want to use them XD i was going to give them a flower crown before realizing 1. thats overused 2. i cant draw flower crowns rip
