I started with Lucario621's mockup for customizable userpage and changed it to allow the owner to put his or her own projects in any order. This is a working model. You can click on a project. Click on the Move project button. and the projects will be re-arranged. The mockup only has six example projects. However, all projects on a real userpage would be indexed. Any project, even the last project on the last page, could be brought to the first position on the first page by selecting it and clicking the "Move Selected Project to Front" button.
