Oakstar had apprenticed kits at 3 moons and turned them into warriors at 10 moons- and Spiderkit and Scorchkit had just become apprentices. "No." They heard a voice behind them- their mother, Yarrowleaf. She had Sagekit and Sunkit in her mouth, and picked up Spider and Scorch as well. "We're leaving. My kits are not being apprenticed at 3 moons." Yarrow hissed, turning to the Carrionplace to keep her kits and raise them as rogues. "No!" Suddenly, Oakstar leapt at Yarrowleaf, pinning her under his body and making her drop the kits. "You will not take our kits!" Oak hissed. "I will." Yarrow meowed sternly. "I'm staying with mom," Sun stuttered as Sage agreed. "I'm staying with Oakstar." Scorch meowed. "Spiderkit. Make your decision. ShadowClan or family?" Spider stared at the other cats. "Make a decision!" Sage yowled, as the others repeated. Spider backed up, then bolted away from the forest, into the moor. The day passed as Spiderkit stayed inside the tunnels. Night was coming- as he rested his head after what had happened in the day. He awoke in a forest- a bright, bright forest with a starry spirit in front of him. "Wh.. who are you?" Spiderkit stuttered. "Follow your heart." The spirit replied as Spiderkit woke up with a jolt.
