So, this is the application form for my PMD World Rollplay. THIS IS NOW OPTIONAL, it just has all of the required information you need to put in your bio. -Team Members have to be mentioned somewhere in the bio, and ONE PROJECT PER TEAM. -Ages are Infant, Toddler, Child, Pre-Teen, Teen, Young adult, Adult, and Elder for simplicity's sake. -Guild members will check the box by WGM. -Please mention where your team is based (If there is a set location). -Please mention if your pokemon was previously human. If you don't, you're 100% pokemon. -Please put Explorer, or Rescue, Before your team name. -Please ask prepared with a good reason before adding legendary members to your team. -NO 5th GEN LEADER OR MEMBERS!
