Hello! To do this you can use scratch or any other program. You can use both bitmap and vector. This isn't the BEST drawing of me but i guess it will do =3 HAVE FUN! =D
I had to do this on scratch and btw... LIKE I SAID BEFORE I DON'T DRAW WELL ON COMPUTER ESPECIALLY SCRATCH
