What does OTA stand for?? "Offer to adopt" you offer art / character designs / other for the characters and the best offer wins! Tips- - I value character designs more than anything, especially a large quantity of them Rules- - You don't get claim on the character until you finished your payment for them - Don't offer follows / hearts and stars on projects.
