CC will end sometime during late December, so you should have a while to work on it. Try your best and don't copy other entrees. Adding or coloring in the background will give you a better chance at winning, so will animation and effect, it's not a requirement though. Don't criticize other's entrees ad if you have something negative to say, just don't say it. You may use any other program or website for this if you wish such as FireAlpaca, Paint Tool SAI, Pixlr, Lunapic, Picmonkey, and so on. Edit: Added a circle thingy. It is a blue Bepper-cat. When I was a member on Animal Jam, I was a blue version of Bepper. I changed the one sprite into 5 using the magic wand tool on 5 separate costumes. Feels like a meme, the way I animated this.
