Long ago, a cat called Angelstar wanted to create a world where cats would live together. She decided to create two Deputys. Flamepelt, the first Deputy, was created to raise the sun and moon, create the element bonds and look after those who are ill. The second Deputy, Dragonheart, was created to watch over Rouges and Shadowclan when bonds are lost.
