This is Boomer Ball Cat. The 'Boomerang Ball' is a ball attached to an elastic string that's attached to something that attaches to or wraps around your hand. (or the such). Here, I took the walking sprite @griffpatch made and added a boomerang ball to it. Watch. Admire. Even use if you like! Don't ask to - you always have permission to use it!
