If you were tagged, you don't have to post the picture on Scratch (I didn't) if you don't want to. You can just post it on your Instagram or other social media if you have one. If you don't, you can send it to some friends and family members to help spread the word. **CLARIFICATION: If you were tagged (or if you weren't) I am NOT forcing you to do this. Only do it if you want to and have your parents' permission. The selfie challenge doesn't ask you to post your picture on Scratch (though you can with a parents' permission). It merely suggest that you spread the word through texts/emails/friends/family or a parent-approved social media if you have one, but again is not FORCING anyone to take part in the challenge.
