whelp. i can draw worth shmetterling, so... yeah. this is my O.C. for the Mutation thing (i didnt finish the drawing because of the aforementioned reason). his name is Timpor Agari, or Background. he has the power of the "phase warp", which is basically you can teleport, though it is more accurately speeding incredibly fast through matter.
Nobody is really sure where Timpor came from. one day he just woke up in the middle of the woods, wearing a t-shirt, trench coat, jeans, and no shoes. Timpor has electric blue eyes which can sometines glow. on his cheeks, forehead, chest, and down his back he has bioluminescant lime green lines, which occasionally glow as well. his hair is a dirty blonde, sorta long, and usually unkempt. he is pretty tall, though not gigantic, and rather thin, though not quite emaciated. on his right shoulder he has the number 9 burned into the skin, and a long scar running from right below it to his hand. he has a genetic glitch that comes out when he is very nervous, causing him to, intermittently, mumble and then shout random gibberish. he usually avoids people, as he is terribly shy, and tends to bring out the glitch on accident when around them. he had been nicknamed Background for the fact that he is everywhere (or seemingly so) with his warping abilities, and thus becomes a part of the background, only one that can punch and kick you. Timpor is fairly docile, but if threatened, or angered, he can lash out and become quite deadly. however this happens very rarely as people usually dont come too close to his forest home.
