When you follow the instructions, you can use this at like a party or a dance to give the effects of a laser machine without a laser machine. I saw something like this before, but I forget what it was called. I KNOW THIS IS NOT A COOL PROJECT! YOU NEED TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS FIRST!
