Green flag and watch! Space to switch backgrounds; the first is of Paris, but is from Google, the second is mine, but it is a little simple (and in my opinion not as fitting because this character lives in Paris!)

Character: Charlie Vergier from Rhythm Thief: The Emperor's Treasure (SEGA) which is a game, actually. Music: "Paris At Night" composed by Tomoya Ohtani for SEGA's Rhythm Thief OST. Made in Photoshop, but effects were done using Scratch.
