Instructions on how to use this on the inside in the sprite called "Blur Demo". Make sure to give credit to me if you use this. This was made because Scratch doesn't have a blur effect, however if the blur effect for a sprite never changes, I recommend installing Inkscape because its blur effect is much better, won't lag as much, and can be in front of sprites.
