I know it's September 15, but 2017 is only in 3 months and 17 days!! Okay, so basically all you have to do is comment who you want to be pharhoh. Yes, there is such thing as pharhoh. If somebody is pharhoh, that person gets a very special rank. The rank applies for a whole year. If that person, however, leaves Scratch, there will be another election early. If the election ends up anywhere from January to June, then the pharhoh will claim its rank on August 15th. Otherwise, they claim it on New Year's Day.
