so today (sept 13) is my first scratchaversary on this account! i've actually been on scratch since august 17th of 2014, so i've completed my second year here. but this account has been my best experience and i wanted to celebrate! aside from my icon contest- i haven't changed my icon in a year and the result will be my next icon- i decided to redraw a character from my first project on this account. so, introducing the new and by far improved nika! the original is what you see when you press that there lovely flag, the one i redrew is what you see when you press space. as you can see, i've improved a ton over the past year! i can hardly believe it was only a year ago that i drew that... thing. this goes to show that no matter where you are, you can always improve. i can hardly imagine what i'll be drawing next year if the same rate of progress applies >w< thanks for the wonderful experience! ~mima ♥
