I dreamed this thing up a couple weeks ago. Originally, it didn't have 4 arms and it had a golden pupil instead of a blue one. I never really thought of a name of it until now. The background is the area where I 'saw the eye' in the clouds. It's voice sounded like Professor Wheatly from portal XD
