Here's how you operate the Blay buckle: 1. Grab your sealed ace and shove it into the Blay buckle. 2. Do your own creative pose or whatever then shout "TACHIBANA-SAN" 3. Pull the black lever thing and TURN UP 4. That's really all there is to it.
