So, the story is that scientists captured Silverleaf and studied her. Fascinated with their results, they made clones to be suited for hunting machines. They tweaked their DNA to develop advanced skills. They also implanted chips in their brains so they could command them and made metal parts for the creatures so they would perform even better. They named these creatures H.U.N.T.E.R.s. These scientists were evil though, and used their creations for evil purposes. The H.U.N.T.E.R.s now lurk the forests doing their masters bidding.
