Dounávis (Directly translates to greek meaning Danube, yes I named it after a river because I'm sitting here thinking abt Kaiserreich and the Danau Ariabund) LORE: Dounávis is a fallen empire, comparable to the Byzantines. At its peak, aka its de-jure (second costume) it controlled much of Calos. Although haven fallen from grace it still has a sizeable navy which is why its enemies were unable to land on its islands. In the early days of the empire Imperator Alexios built a wall at the modern borders, this wall is how the empire didn't fall as the peoples which had bought around its near demise did. It has naval clashes with Lao and peace isn't guaranteed.... UNITS: While Dounávis does have archers, they are basically the same as the swordsman. We use Light sorcerers to make greek fire, making us not need to use fire sorcerers. Their eyes are covered so the gruesome site of a person without their eyeballs is not seen by the public, while they are depicted as being in chains usually they are not and are in fact treated almost like nobles. Cataphracts are elite heavy cavalry, with a type of halberd with a spear's blade on it. While light cavalry either carries pikes or swords or swords and shields, it really depends on the individual soldier. Naval assets shall be given soon.
