The rest of the color gang ran down a path, leading to the huge lake. Victim had already fell in, but Blue was willing to get in. He dived into the cold waters, and swam. Yellow was getting a bit nervous, as at any second corruption would take back the Midwinter Gloom. Even though he struggled, Blue pulled Victim out. “H-He’s pretty light… now come on let’s get out of here!” Everything shook a bit was the sky was getting covered in icky black darkness again, Blue continued to carry him upwards while everyone else tried to run out. Luckily they got out just in time, but Chosen realized something “Wait… WHERE’S SECOND?!” They all looked around, but Second was nowhere to be seen. “WHERE IS HE?! AND WHERE’S THIRD?!” Panic engulfed everyone, as the hole entering to the Midwinter Gloom closed. They couldn’t be found anywhere “No….” but everyone knew they had to move on. First, save Victim. Then find them later. They can handle themselves…. right? *** Second found himself on cold concrete. His chest was patched up from the bullet hole. The room was chilly, and there’s a glass window. He saw… lots of people in lab coats wandering the place, and Second was inside the containment. There’s nothing else in the cell. Suddenly, a light purple stickfigure opened the cell, and Second looked up at him “Excuse me, who are y- AGH!” The mysterious stickfigure pushed him to the ground, and took his blood. “No talking without permission, 022.” This only made Second more confused “Ow… 022? My names S-“ the door to the cell closed as the person left. He was still aching, and looked down and saw a tag on his leg. Just like Third. *** Victim slowly opened his eyes. The lights immediately blinded him, as they were just so bright… the setting was unfamiliar. Where was he? Someone came up to him… it was Blue “You’re awake. Hi, I’m B-“ the gray stickfigure flinched as he got closer. Victim clearly wasn’t used to contact. “D-Don’t touch me…” after realizing his sensitivity, Blue backed up “Okay, okay… but don’t worry. You’re safe now.” It took another glance for Victim to realize he was… free. “I’m not in the Midwinter Gloom…. y-you saved me..?” Blue nodded “Yeah! Just stay in the bed! I’ll get you something to eat.” he exited the room, and Victim’s eyes eventually got used to the lighting. Despite the place not being familiar, it seemed safe. …right?
