I live in Texas, so this is a little bit of a scary moment, and I want to spread the word so that those missing people are found and hopefully are still alive... I will be posting updates. One of our lakes or rivers (I'm not sure) received 9.32 inches of rain from 2 am to around noon. I keep receiving alerts about severe flooding and catastrophic conditions...

The death toll in total as of right now, 18 adults and 14 children are deceased. Update: 7/6/2025 Last heard, there is now 70 claimed deceased in the Texas Flash Flood and this number continues to rise. Update 7/7/2025: 104 dead, and many still missing. This flash flood has officially made Texas history as the most deadly. Update 7/16/2025: 132 confirmed deaths, 101 still missing.
