What about his backstory and how he got his powers? A: When Whiskers was a little kid, he got treated badly by other people (people would blame him for "bringing bad luck" because he's a black cat). So, Whiskers dreamed to be helpful and bring good luck instead. However, everything he tried did not work. People kept staying away from him and blaming him for everything. On Christmas, Whiskers got a present from Santa. It was a belt, the same belt on the Super Scratch outfit. Whiskers put the belt on, and suddenly, MAGICAL POWERS starts rushing through his body. And with a flash of bright light, Whiskers transformed into Super Scratch! Now that he transformed into Super Scratch, he has the power to fight evil monsters and bring good luck. Q: Does Super Scratch have super powers? A: Yes! Super Scratch has a special attack called "Sparkle Scratch", where he scratches an evil monster and with glittering magical light, the evil monster becomes peaceful. Super Scratch wants everyone and everything to live together in peace so he tries not to fight too hard! Super Scratch has other hidden super powers.
