In an age in which war has spread, lead by the Dominant Powers. The Liberty State needs something to make it a powerful force. The Liberty State is quite small, holding limited space travel, and is just not in the position to grow into a major power. As a result, the Libertine National Defense Bureau has formed a new branch supported by Charlotte Brisbois, the President of the Liberty State. The Department of Worldwide Monitoring(DWM) is the official agency responsible for monitoring the land and space around the country. And in this it has also started moving its watch outwards slowly to inspect areas like Germany where it has remained very quiet. The main resource for this are Satellites. More specifically modified versions of Satellite Cameras. A type of satellite used to monitor earth’s natural events. Such as being able to alert people of Hurricanes, Tornados, Floods, harsh thunder storms. However, the satellites are remade with a weaker form of LiDAR. LiDAR, which stands for Light Detection and Ranging, is a remote sensing technology that uses lasers to create 3d models of the earth’s crust including many details. By weaker it is smaller lasers to go across only a range of 19 by 19 miles with one satellite. The smaller range is so that they can be produced faster and that all satellites with be placed in very precise locations to let them all line up to cover an area. But it still isn’t cheap to fire around 100 satellites into the higher atmosphere of earth. Now of course the satellites are protected. Not only do some people within the DWM watch over the status of all satellites. Some of the new Magnetoplasmadynamic or MPD Fighters being out on a direct line with the DWM to let them launch off to inspect whatever caused something to happen to a satellite. This direct line is of course Radio Waves. That is since it is one of the fastest forms of communication and able to be transmitted across far distances, like the distance of Paris to Pua.
