rp: recent discussions bewtween the ruler of the mongol state and the tsar of siberia have been leaked and it shows a detailed plan to partition siberia and later greater russia. their plans have been seen to be going to be taken affect after the great pacific war is over. if this plan is taken action apon the detailed countries could be seing a strong alliance coming their way. the governments have said it is not official but they have not denied it. more news will be told as this story unfolds
