Backstory: (warriors hehe, also death so-) When CosmosWhisper gave birth to NebulaKit, UniverseKit and ConstellationKit, she noted especially of UniverseKit’s strange… aura. When UniverseKit was four moons, she was reached by StarClan, who told her she was a cat of a prophecy- and she held the fate of the world in her paws. She didn’t believe StarClan and thought she was imagining things. StarClan then went to the medicine cats and told them UniverseKit was destined to be a medic. LittleFeather, the clan medic, made UniverseKit a medic as result. UniversePaw was displeased, wanting to be a warrior apprentice with her siblings. Frequently, she and her mentor, LittleFeather, had heated arguments about her fate. One day, it got so bad UniversePaw attacked LittleFeather- this was when she found out about her power… a beam of starlight hit LittleFeather, severely wounding him, and forcing him to retire to the elders den. Due to UniversePaw having not studied herbs, she couldn’t help cure a deadly breakout of Greencough. Many died… the deaths caused by UniversePaw’s carelessness caught the attention of the Dark Forest’s leader, who tricked her into a deal- they teach her all the warrior moves she wanted to learn, and she carries out their dirty work. StarClan saw this and tried multiple times to warn her… to no avail. The plan started when UniversePaw became a full-time medic, even though she really didn’t deserve to be a medic. UniverseSky would offer prey to the other medics at the half-moon gathering. Little did the others know, she put deathberries in the prey. SolarKestrel was the only one who declined to the offer of prey, leading Universe to simply use the warrior skills she had learned to oof him herself, the last thing Solar saw… was a blast of starlight. Little did Universe know, doing this basically doomed the clans. The next leafbare, with no medics, the clans were nearly wiped out from greencough, as well as a shortage of prey. One of the cats who died was NebulaBloom… when he died, UniverseSky knew she had messed up… The last night of leafbare, SwampStar, who was leader of her clan, was visited by StarClan… they told him UniverseSky would end the clans if she were to stay in the clan. This led him to an uneasy decision… he executed her. UniverseSky had expected to go to the Dark Forest for what she had done. But fate had other plans. As her soul ascended to the nothing realm of death, something magical happened. Her power, the calling of the stars, seemed to guide her soul far beyond StarClan and the Dark Forest. Her soul drifted aimlessly into space until it merged with a red star, rebirthing her into a space entity, with limitless knowledge and powers… but she was confined to space. Still, she could contact cats through their dreams, and she vowed to only ever use her powers for good. In the night sky, she is known as NovaDestiny now, for she thought it fit her better than her old name, UniverseSky, and she thought her reborn self was nothing like her old naive self. the clans managed to survive and regrow in numbers. Her sister ConstellationNight became leader of their clan. She admitted all she had done to her sister in her dreams, and now her story is a classic in the clans below. One of Destiny rejected and Despair embraced… but one with a decent ending, at the very least.
