Chapter thirteen ✉ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ravenclaws were not allowed in the Gryffindor common room and it didn't feel right to let Evelyn in. Especially because she wasn't alone. Creeping up out of the shadows behind her were Astra, Elle and a girl named Elizabeth Jennings. Black hair, front bangs green eyes and a night gown, hanging below her knees. She looked shy in nature and her eyes weren't on anyone. They were on her shoes. She looked up when I spoke. "We cannot talk here.." Evelyn looked like I was purposely avoiding what she had to say. Her arms folded along her chest. "where will that be?" Honestly, I didn't know. Teachers had patrol duties in the halls at this time. "Evelyn?" Ryanne and Lavender were also beside me, catching up slowly. "Lucy," she began, sighing "answer me, we don't have time" Looking at my watch, I said "Half past eleven" I stuffed it nervously in my pocket. "Then hurry up and decide!" Astra scowled. "Fine." I rolled my eyes, moving aside to let them in. "But stay HIDDEN" my voice rose unnaturally. "Yeah yeah" Astra said with an awful load of irresponsibility. Grabbing Evelyn's arm, I dragged her to the hidden corner near the fire place and sat down. She leaned in and spoke. "Did you see that monster looking creature?" My eyes darted to the window. "I'll take a yes for it." she continued talking without waiting for a reply. "Its headed for the forest..it's a-" but she was cut off. The sound of a dormitory door opening was heard. I reached over and grabbed Astra's hand and dragged her into the shadows. She had been sitting in the open the whole time. We scooched into the space beneath the stairs. It reminded me of when my mom got so made I broke her favorite vase, she locked me under the stairs for an hour. The person was a boy, tall, white skin and dimly shining black hair. He held a torch in his left hand and a thin book in the other. Sliding the door out open, he rushed out and ran. Harry Potter? No. This person hadn't come from just anywhere..he came in from the window...
