Basically a bunch of abilities for The Stalker by Forsaken.
This killer's actually a dev-killer, Developer Exclusive. The 'Rage' Ability, is unofficial and was inspired by a fan-game of Forsaken Other than 'Rage', all the other abilities are official, except I just coded them alone without checking what they actually do. The abilities don't have keybinds 'cuz I'm too lazy to actually do it.
