Memories of Tigerstar and ThunderClan still haunt him, but life is quiet and peaceful. Until the Watcher appears Every night at the edge of the forest, Ravenpaw sees a shadowy figure that resembles Firestar but is wrong. It's too tall and too thin and has hollow eyes that resemble a void; its head twitches unnaturally. It never moves closer, but each dawn paw prints are seen outside of the barn. Barley claims that he can't see it; he says it's just Ravenpaw's fear, just a dream.But Ravenpaw finds claw marks on the barn door. He hears paw steps at night and whispers in the hay.And every night, as he tries to sleep, he dreams of the forest calling to him.
